Since Zoolander and The Royal Tennanbaums, I have become a Ben Stiller/ Owen Wilson fanatic. I was thrilled when I heard they were costaring in another film together. This one was also very funny. I just wish they would do more together. I think they bring out eachothers funnyness (I don't think that's even a real word, Derek Zoolander would be proud).
I have a question though. I was never a Starsky and Hutch person before. I am assuming that the cameo's were from the original Starsky and Hutch. My question: Were the original Starsky and Hutch as funny as Stiller and Wilson in the role?
I didn't think this movie was very funny. Almost seemed that they were trying too hard or something. I don't think the original Starsky and Hutch was suppossed to be strickly a comedy, but was going for the "odd couple" police partners aspect.
Has anyone else seen this?
